Shipping & Delivery

When you place an order on our e-boutique, several delivery methods are available:

• Standard Home Delivery: Free delivery of your order to the address of your choice.

• Express Home Delivery (Signature Required): Delivery within 2-4 business days to your home by choosing Express shipping for €6.

• Pick-up Point Delivery (Signature Required): Free delivery to the pick-up point nearest to you.

You can track your order's progress as soon as you receive the shipping confirmation email with the relevant tracking information.

For home deliveries, if you are absent at the time of delivery, a notice will be left with instructions on how to collect your order.

Outlet Specifics: During the Outlet period, only standard and pick-up point deliveries are available, free for orders over €80. For purchases under €80, the delivery cost is €7. Express and in-boutique delivery methods are not permitted. Delivery times may take up to 10 working days.

Delivery times are specified when placing the order. Times may be longer during busy periods (e.g., Outlet sales or sale periods).

If you order on our Italian e-boutique, we can deliver to Italy. We also deliver to the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Spain, France, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg, Ireland, the Netherlands, and Portugal.

For Outlet orders, shipping times are extended to 10 working days.

Free home delivery and free pick-up point delivery for orders over €80. Delivery at €7 for purchases under €80. We only offer home or pick-up point delivery. In-store pickup is not available. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. A €7 return fee will be deducted from the refund.

Returns are accepted only by mail; in-store returns are not accepted for Outlet orders.

If your order includes both Outlet items and items from current collections, return shipping for current collection products is free.

Online Outlet sales are independent of our factory stores. Therefore, prices may vary between these two channels.

Returns & Refunds

Returning our products is free (except for Outlet sales). Mail-in returns are carried out in two steps:

- The withdrawal period is 15 days from the date of receiving the order. During this time, you can exercise your right of withdrawal by generating a prepaid return label and contacting our Customer Service.

- Once the return label is issued, you have 15 days from the date of issue to send back the package by mail.

To ship your return:

  • Mark the box or boxes for the products to be returned on the delivery slip included in the package;
  • Place the delivery slip in the return package along with the returned products;
  • Print the prepaid return label and stick it onto your package after downloading it from your customer area (mail-in returns are completely free if you use our prepaid label; however, if you pay for return shipping at the post office, these costs will remain at your expense);

Drop off the return package at the post office within a maximum of 15 days from the date you downloaded the return label. You can choose to drop off the package at pick-up/shipping points.

Mail-in returns are only eligible for a refund. For a mail-in exchange, we invite you to return the item and place a new order.

Only new, unworn, and clean items will be refunded. The item must be returned in its original packaging with the tag. The refund will be processed within 4-10 days of the package being received by our warehouse, using the payment method chosen during purchase.

Payments & Safety

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Yes, we accept online payments. All payment processing and vital customer information is quick, easy, and secure.
