Delivery Methods & Costs

• Standard Home Delivery: Complimentary for all orders within the EU.
• Express Home Delivery: €6 (2-4 business days, signature required).
• Pick-up Point: Complimentary delivery to the nearest designated point.

Delivery Zones

We deliver to Italy, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Spain, France, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg, Ireland, the Netherlands, and Portugal.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a piece doesn't perfectly complement your journey, we offer a straightforward return process.

Return Period

• You have 15 days from the date of receipt to request a return label.
• Once issued, you have another 15 days to send the package back to us.

Condition of Items

Only new, unworn, and clean items in their original packaging with the tag attached will be accepted for a refund. The refund will be processed within 4-10 days of receipt via your original payment method.

Special Conditions: Outlet Sales

For items purchased in the Outlet section, returns are only possible by mail. A return shipping fee of €7 will be deducted from your refund.
