Your order may be split into multiple packages. Returns can be made with a single package, provided all associated delivery notes are included.

Returns are free (except for Outlet sales). Mail-in returns are made in two steps:

- The withdrawal period is 15 days from the date of receipt of the order. During this time, you can exercise your right of withdrawal by requesting a prepaid return label via Customer Service.

- Once the return label is issued, you have 15 days from the date of issue to return the package by mail.

To ship your return:

  • Mark the boxes for the products to be returned on the delivery note included in the package;
  • Include the delivery note in the return package along with the products;
  • Print the prepaid return label and attach it to your package after downloading it from your account (mail-in returns are free if you use our prepaid label; however, if you pay shipping at the post office, these costs will not be reimbursed);

Drop off the return package at the post office within 15 days of downloading the label. You can also choose to drop it off at designated pick-up points.

When you place an order on our e-boutique, several delivery methods are available:

Standard Home Delivery: Free delivery to the address of your choice.

Express Home Delivery (Signature Required): Delivery within 1-2 business days for €6.

Pick-up Point (Signature Required): Free delivery to the nearest pick-up point.

You can track the progress of your order once you receive the shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

For home deliveries, if you are absent at the time of delivery, a notice will be left with instructions on how to collect your package.

Outlet Specifics: During Outlet periods, only Standard and Pick-up point deliveries are available, free for orders over €80. For purchases under €80, shipping is €7. Express delivery is not available. Delivery times may take up to 10 business days.

Once an order is confirmed, it can no longer be modified.

However, you have 30 minutes from confirmation to cancel it.

- Access the "My Orders" section in your account area or, if you don't have a RUE·BISQUIT account, visit the "Track My Order" section or contact customer service.

- If you no longer wish to receive the order and more than 30 minutes have passed, we recommend refusing the package upon delivery or returning the items by mail within 30 days using the prepaid label.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the package at our warehouse.
